Nicholas was admitted to the bar in 2013. He is briefed to advise and appear in a broad range of commercial-oriented matters including real and personal property disputes, complex issues of contract and statutory construction, equity and trusts (including urgent interlocutory applications) and insured claims (including disciplinary actions). He has particular expertise and experience in corporate insolvency, the operation of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
